Return and Refund Policy

At Laboty, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, exclusivity, and quality. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, as our products are considered intimate apparel.

However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• You may request an exchange for a different size or another style.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• You must contact us and request the exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our address.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, Laboty will cover the shipping cost of sending the new piece to you.

Need help with the return label?
We’re here to make the process easier:

• We can provide a prepaid return label, and you only need to cover the cost.

• Alternatively, we offer personal assistance to help you correctly create and print your own return label.
