Refund policy

At Laboty, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, exclusivity, and quality. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, as our products are considered intimate apparel.

However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or another style.

  • To be eligible for a exchangue, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging intact.

  • You must contact us and request the exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on our products are considered intimate apparel, sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and arrived to us, we will send your new item.

 

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our address.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, Laboty will cover the shipping cost of sending the new piece to you.

  • We can provide a prepaid return label, and you only need to cover the cost.

  • Alternatively, we offer personal assistance to help you correctly create and print your own return label.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
